1Sovereign Software & Local Autonomy

The Forge is Sovereign Software. To ensure 100% data privacy and absolute local autonomy, SteelScribe does not utilize a persistent "heartbeat," data tracking, or cloud-tethered validation. Once activated, the software engine is permanently unlocked on your local hardware environment and operates entirely offline.

2Non-Revocable Activation & Waiver of Withdrawal

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-revocable nature of local cryptographic license activation, all sales of the Founders Edition are final and non-refundable. By finalizing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

Delivery of the digital goods begins immediately upon transaction confirmation.
You lose your statutory right of cancellation, cooling-off, or withdrawal under all applicable local and international consumer protection laws once digital delivery has commenced.
Monetary chargeback requests filed under "buyer's remorse" or "unauthorized access" after a successful license provision will be contested utilizing this signed agreement.

3Hardware Compatibility Responsibility

We enforce a Hardware & Use-Case Compatibility Review prior to the point of checkout. This ensures your workstation (specifically GPU architecture and VRAM allotment) is fully capable of executing the local Librarian and Scribe inference models. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify their hardware environment meets the Technical Mandate prior to transaction completion.

4Activation Limits & Migration

Each Founders Edition perpetual license supports up to two (2) concurrent hardware activations. You retain full control over your deployment environment; you may deactivate an active instance directly via the Software UI or the secure Lemon Squeezy customer portal to safely migrate your license to alternative hardware assets.
